1 // Consumers Empowered.

Consumers ordering food delivery through a digital platform can select the option to utilise Ponda POTS™. Their in-app food order will connect with their Ponda app, where the trackable containers will be allocated to their account.

2 // Food Delivered Consciously.

Restaurants proudly prepare the food order into Ponda POTS™, scanning the outgoing containers’ Unique Product Identifiers (UPI’s) which are allocated to the customer’s account. The meal delivery partner collects and delivers the food order as normal.

3 // POTS

Returned.

The consumer has an allocated timeframe to return their POTS™. Drop-off locations will be widely available and conveniently placed. Alternatively, customers can pay an additional fee to return their used POTS™ with the meal delivery driver when receiving their next order.

4 // Washed for Reuse.

POTS™ are collected from the drop-off points and taken to a commercial cleaning facility. From here the fresh, professionally cleaned POTS™ are packed and redistributed by Ponda to the network of participating restaurants.
